Shipping policy

Santa has a sleigh. We have a print shop, a sewing room, and a tracking number.

Holiday order-by dates (2026)

Hanukkah (first night Friday, December 4): order by Wednesday, November 18.
Christmas: order by Wednesday, December 9.

These dates are for standard US shipping and leave room for production and carrier delays. Orders placed after them may arrive after the holiday.

Made to order

Every House of Prancer item is printed and made after you order it. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days before your order ships. During the holiday rush, production can take longer, so order early.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. More destinations are on the wish list.

Shipping costs

$8 flat-rate standard shipping on US orders. Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more (after discounts). You will see the final amount at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Once your order ships, standard delivery within the United States usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Add production time to get your total: most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days of purchase. These are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays do happen in December.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the print shop. Items in the same order may ship separately.
