Ordering & Shipping

How long until my order arrives?

Everything is made to order. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days, then standard US delivery takes about 3 to 5 business days. Most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days of purchase. During the December rush, production can run longer, so order early. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Will it get here by Christmas? By the first night of Hanukkah?

Yes, if you order by these dates. Hanukkah (first night Friday, December 4): order by Wednesday, November 18. Christmas: order by Wednesday, December 9. Both dates are for standard US shipping. After an order-by date passes we cannot promise delivery before the holiday, and neither can Santa.

Where do you ship?

Within the United States only, for now. More destinations are on the wish list.

How much is shipping?

$8 flat-rate standard shipping on US orders, and free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more. Wrapping paper ships rolled in a tube; pillows, napkins, tree skirts and ornaments ship in a box. If you order more than one kind of item, they may arrive separately.

Will my order ship in one package?

Not always. Wrapping paper, pillows and napkins are produced on different lines, so items from the same order can ship separately with separate tracking numbers. You will get a shipping email for each package.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us right away through the contact page. Orders go into production quickly, and once production starts they cannot be changed or cancelled.

Can I add a gift message, or will the recipient see the price?

Orders ship with a packing slip that lists the items but not the prices. We cannot include a handwritten note yet, so if the box is going straight to the recipient, send them a text when it lands and take the credit.

Gift Wrap

What sizes does the wrapping paper come in, and how much do I need?

Three sizes. The 30″ × 36″ sheet covers one or two medium boxes. The 30″ × 72″ roll covers three to five gifts. The 30″ × 180″ roll (15 feet) covers the whole chosen family, or all eight nights. If you are wrapping anything bigger than a shoebox, size up.

Glossy or matte, which should I pick?

Glossy has a light sheen that makes the metallics and neons pop and photographs beautifully under tree lights. Matte is softer and more vintage, like a 1950s greeting card, and shows fingerprints less. Both are the same 90 gsm fine art paper. When in doubt: glossy for the Neon and Gelt Men prints, matte for everything with a cream or evergreen ground.

Is the paper printed on both sides?

No. The design is printed edge to edge on one side with a white reverse. The paper is 90 gsm, heavier than drugstore wrap, so it folds crisp and holds a sharp corner without the print showing through.

What is the QR code and the white edge on my wrapping paper?

Every sheet and roll has a narrow white margin and a small QR code at the top and bottom edges. They are there so the print does not tear when tape comes off. Trim them or fold them under; they disappear once the gift is wrapped.

How does the wrapping paper ship?

Rolled in a protective tube, never folded or creased.

Can I use the wrapping paper for Hanukkah and Christmas both?

Absolutely. The Hanukkah line is royal blue, gold, silver and black. The Christmas line runs cherry red, evergreen, mint, pink and neon. Festival of Lights and Gelt Men are both black-ground prints and look very good side by side under one tree or one menorah.

Pillows & Napkins

Does the pillow come with an insert?

Yes. Every throw pillow ships with the insert included, ready for the sofa.

What are the pillows made of, and how do I wash them?

Materials, sizes and care are listed on each product page under The Particulars and the care guide. In short: remove the insert, machine wash the cover cold on gentle, tumble dry low or hang, and do not iron the print.

Are the napkins real cloth?

Yes. Each set is four 20″ × 20″ cloth napkins, printed edge to edge. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low, and skip the bleach. They soften with every wash.

Do the prints match across pillows, napkins and wrap?

Yes, that is the point. Mrs. Claus Is a Queen, Slay Ride, and the Naughty List prints run across the sofa, the table and the gift, so the whole room can be in on the joke. Each product page shows the matching pieces under Pairs well with.

Returns & Problems

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because every piece is made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a change of decor, or a change of boyfriend. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, tell us within 21 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Send your order number (it starts with HOP-) and a clear photo of the problem through our contact page, plus a photo of the box and label if the package itself was damaged. You do not need to ship anything back unless we ask.

My package says delivered but it is not here.

Check with neighbors, the building office and the porch first; carriers sometimes scan early. If it has not turned up within 2 days, contact us within 21 days of the estimated delivery date and we will replace or refund it.

I typed my address wrong.

Contact us immediately. If the package has not shipped we can usually fix it. If it comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will reship it once you confirm the correct address; reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

The Brand

How naughty are we talking?

That is up to you. The Naughty List is full of innuendo, double entendres and beefcake Santas. The Nice List is every bit as camp and perfectly safe for the in-laws. Nothing we make is explicit. If you are gifting to someone's mother, start with Mrs. Claus Is a Queen or Sufganiyot Sweethearts.

Is the artwork original?

Yes. Every print is original House of Prancer artwork, designed in Los Angeles. You will not find it anywhere else, and we would like to keep it that way.

Where are the products made?

Every print is designed in Hollywood, Los Angeles. Each piece is printed and made to order by our print-on-demand partner at its fulfillment centers, then shipped to you within the United States.

Do you do wholesale, collaborations, or custom orders?

We love a proposal. Tell us what you have in mind through our contact page.

How do I hear about new prints first?

Join the Naughty List newsletter at the bottom of any page. New prints, early access, and the occasional scandal. No spam; Santa is watching.
